Payments are done in advance via Paypal invoice. Invoice must be paid within 4 working days of having been sent.

Partial payments for bigger commissions are allowed, let me know in advance & we can make a payment plan together.

No refunds or chargebacks allowed. Only if I'm unable to finish a commission, the client will get a refund.

Priority/Rush orders have an additional fee of +40%.
The fee may change depending on the time rush & complexity of work. Consult with me beforehand.

If commissions slots are closed or full & you wish to be added in the waitlist/ get a guaranteed spot in the list, there is an additional fee. (check each pricelist)

Usage of my art for AI learning / NFTs is prohibited.

All regular commissions are for personal use.
Model commissions & stream assets already include commercial fees for stream usage. (Not merchandise usage!)

Usage for Merchandise is + x3 the original price & I still reserve all rights to my art as the creator.

I am allowed to post WIPs & commissions. Please, let me know in advance if the project is a secret.

You are not allowed to edit/trace/copy/heavily reference my art.

Visible credits to me are mandatory!

Please provide as many visual character references & details as you can in your commission form.
For character design: Please provide a detailed description of what you want & mood boards/ reference pictures of things you like.

After payment is done, allow some time for the sketch to be done.
When the sketch is finished I will be sending it for feedback. You can request changes.
But after lineart/base coloring is done only minor changes can be done for free.
Once the art is done no free changes are allowed.

Live2D Commission Prices already include commercial fee for stream usage.

Estimated time for Live2D Art 1-2 months. || Estimated time for Live2D Rigging model 1-2 months.
Highly depends on the complexity of each model.

For Live2D Rigging- please include the model PSD in your email, I need to evaluate the file if it's properly separated beforehand.
In the case of extra cutting/prepping is required, an extra fee will be charged.

I have no problem rigging Male Models, however, I only draw female characters.

I don't work on Model Art without a clear reference of the character. No mood boards or google pictures are allowed as references for the art. If you do not have a clear design for your character, please select additionally the character design option.

If you wish to make updates (outfit etc.) on your model art with a different artist that's ok but please let me know in advance!

Reselling models I have drawn/rigged is not allowed.
